i don't know how to break down the totals from food as i only separate calories and calories from fat. so this may not be so helpful...

for snacks, i love the low-fat quaker chewy granola bars and the soft (OH lord not the crunchy-broken-teeth variety) Kashi bars. they come in TLC apple or strawberry; they are both good and all natural.

applesauce or oatmeal always lasts me a long time, too.

for dinner, you could do a cold rotini pasta salad with fresh veggies (like broccoli, green peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and/or whatever you like). cut up grilled, seasoned chicken breast and some shredded cheddar cheese. toss it in fat free balsamic or italian dressing, just enough to coat lightly. lots of protein and vitamins. incredibly low-fat and it's SO incredibly tasty.
