I was just lamenting the fact that I don't have proper snow boots today, wondering what the hell I'm going to do in this latest storm. My problem is that standard snow boots (even ones i've had for 2 years that I bought at DSW) aren't going to be good for my foot injury (heel spurs/plantar fasciitis) so I've been contemplating investing in a sturdier type of boot. These look really perfect. Would you say they have a decent amount of arch support? Do they have removeable insoles? That would be my preference since I am now using custom orthotics..
