there are many craniosacral therapists in the area. i am qualified for level 1 of craniosacral therapy but haven't done it in years and also not trained to do it on babies. here is a website to find reputable practioners in the area. the website will also give you more info re CS therapy. i have found it helpful for my own sinus issues.
btw i would strongly recommend seeing a good ENT to consult re chronic sinusitis. i swear by brigham and women's dept. speaking as someone who has chronic sinusitis (or did) and underwent surgery twice for it.
btw, a lot of times sinusitis results from reflux or allergies if not from anatomical issues. so worth looking into that too. talk to your doc about it.
