There are many meal-planning sites, and some blogs that specialize in monthly, freeze-ahead recipe weekend marathons (making/storing a month of food in 1-2 days). I've toyed with both, but haven't really found a solution that works for us all around.

Meal Mixer was one of the better meal planning sites. You can set calorie & dietary restrictions for each family member, swap out recipe suggestions, etc. http://www.mealmixer.com/

I'm really *hoping* I find the motivation to do this once or twice pre-baby, so that we don't have to think about meals with a newborn, but...I'm not going to force the issue either.
