Books
Having my lunch hour to myself has allowed me to read *for* myself, something I haven't done in a long time. I've been going through books that I bought at one point or another that were just sitting, waiting for me to have time.
The one I just finished is another about dance and spirituality, its http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0874778786/103-2118395-6228664?vi=glance . I enjoyed this quite a bit and can see how Gabrielle Roth's experiences and practices can be applied to pretty much anyone's life. Reading her little real-life examples of zen in crazy New York City was nice too.
And today, when I was checking out listings for belly dance classes I found one based on her 5 rhythms of dance too! I think though I'd like to take more beginner level classes before doing something like that.
And the next selection off of the shelf, http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0060186976/103-2118395-6228664?vi=glance . I think this one may take me a bit longer to get through, but we shall see!
