And once it's in the MLS, it will *still* take a while to get onto websites that anyone can use. Realtor.com is NOT updated as frequently as one might want to believe (it's not the REAL MLS, it just pretends to be. Real MSL subscriptions cost around a thousand dollars a year, so realtors actually do have access to info that the unwashed of us don't.)
