I don't know if you're still in Quincy, but one of my favourite places for pedicures is Peace of Mind in North Quincy, on Hancock St. Their manicures are nothing to get excited about, but for the pedicure, they park you in a massage chair, and wrap your feet in hot towels. It's fabulous. (And they can do at least two at a time.)
