That's him! Its him in a Pooh costume with a skirt over it (for some reason the dept. was doing some 'guy in skirts theme'). Brian wore a kilt to work for the day but changed into Boba later on (thinking Boba was way cooler than 'guy in skirt'). You know your coworkers are conservative when . . . :)
