I had lots of plans today, but the weather and things I have to get done, leave me at home. I love having time to mill about the house and be productive.

I found the best, most comfiest and flattering jeans at Old Navy on Friday. I want to pick up another pair. These are better than the Lucky's I have (and cheaper too)!

Gene and Steen are spending Christmas with her parents in the Carolinas (I always forget if they are in North or South) so we're celebrating next weekend, sleeping over at my sister's new McMansion. It is still very, very strange.

Which reminds me that I need to get tickets for Tron in Imax. And refresh my memory, watching the old one before we go (Brian's never seen it). I remember loving it, but don't remember a thing from it.

Still got apples left over from our trip to Honey Pot in early October. I'm making apple crisp today to finish them off.

Wait, you can fit into Old Navy jeans? Their jeans never have any room for my butt! Please don't take this the wrong way (!), but I thought you had just as many womanly curves as I do. Gap jeans fit me, but I have never tried on a pair of Old Navy pants that came anywhere close to fitting my butt. In the women's department, at least!

Old Navy jeans change their styles often. I just had to try on a bunch of styles till I found one that fit well.

These are boot cut, and the "Dreamer" style. $34.

even in big girl jeans, I think the boot cut is the best choice. All mine are boot cut, but then the sizing and shapes changed so I can't find them easily anymore. I need to go hunting black ones before the winter ends.

No way am I fitting into Old Navy jeans. Lucky you. :) That would be super epic easy.
