I'm feeling really good this morning for some reason. I enjoyed the drive to work immensely while I sipped my French Vanilla Cafe and watched the farms, big old colonial homes and changing foliage through the snooty burbs that I drive through on the way to work.

Its making me want to get out and keep working on the yard. We won't be going crazy this year (like planting a new lawn in the front like we'll do next spring) but it would be nice to clear all of the weeds out and get some potted mums or something.

We'll get trick-or-treaters this year! They never came to the neighborhood that we lived in before (and my parents get TONS of them - I missed the array of costumes that you'd get to see from the comfort of your own home).

B came with me to the library at Umass last night so that we could spend some time together; basically I just needed to grab some journal articles that I found the abstracts for on-line and print them. He was able to see the "huge light up penis" i.e. a very phallic light up sculpture that's over near the library, hanging outside off of the building. He also found the large lizard shaped coffins inside of the library amusing. Despite getting home at 9:30 with said journal articles I was able to get to bed at a reasonable hour after reading them and sending an annotated bibliography (along with my research proposal) to my professor.

I'm glad the week is almost over. And now, what to do this weekend? What are you people up to? I've been thinking of apple picking or of walking around the North End :)

My base of operations for the weekend will be in Acton since I am dog-sitting, so if you apple pick out in the stow/bolton area, let me know! I'd be up for going or even possibly having people back to the house if they are well behaved. :)

We could go to Honeypot in Stow. They have bunnies (always a good thing) :)

Sunday would work for us. We had movie plans with Bratling at some point but they keep changing (and we have no idea now when the movie is playing). I *think* that was the better day for the Tiggerette too (if she isn't too tired).

K is definately working on Sat, so I may be meeting with the band that day, which means that Sunday is still our preferred day (I really hope she hasn't scheduled herself to work that day, she needs a break).

Ok,

We're going apple picking at Honeypot Hill in Stowe on Sunday. I'm not sure if I'll be able to call K about it tonight since I have plans after work (so could you pass on the info)?

We'll leave our house around noon so we'll probably be there around 12:45 - 1:00. We could meet at the petting zoo area (near the store). K's been there before so she would know where to find us.

I wish I had more time! I am so overscheduled. I have been wanting to go apple-picking (and North End is always fun - never been there during the day). We have to hang out soon.

My weekend:
Friday - nothing yet, I *think*.
Saturday - Photoshoot in the afternoon, and I think nothing in the evening.
Sunday - nothing in the afternoon but Alli is having some folks over for dinner so likely we'll be cooking all afternoon.

I think its a plan.

Just come by our house on Sunday around noon and we can head out from there - it should take 1/2 hour to 45 minutes (we can meet Developer and Tigerette there if they are interested).
