How can I amuse myself in this lovely weather from 4:00 to 6:30 and even (possibly) do homework at the same time?

Does anyone know if the 1369 in Central has outside tables yet? I kind of feel rude hanging in a coffee shop for >2 hours if all I'm buying is some tea and perhaps a cookie.

not yet... i think not until the beginning of april. but there's the usual benches and whatnot, or maybe the lawn in front of city hall.
