I am

wanting to see Delovely (love Cole Porter), the new Metallica documentary, and definitely DON'T want to see Catwoman after reading another bad review and learning more of the crap storyline.

The Arwen gown is in hand (and http://athreadofscarlet.com did a wonderful job). Now I just have some odds and ends to do and to get the Mara Jade, and I'll be ready for DC. Of course, I still have things to make for Brian . . . must dig out the muslin this weekend and get cracking! And, Brian's still going to be working on the crown for Arwen. Reading about that project just intimidates me :)

After it being too cold here (at work) for a while it appears our AC isn't working now. Great. This is wonderful on the day that its going to be in the 90's and very humid. Other parts of our building have had issues with no AC, so much so that someone from Fiscal came down for something and decided to hang out for a bit to cool off (with sweat dripping off of his face). It figures too - because I think I look fabulous today and I'd like to try and keep it that way.

Can I just tell you that

Some people on communities need to learn that LJ cut is their friend :)

Friday's go by sooooooooooooo sloooooooooooooooow

I'm going to D'Angelos to get a sub. Its been a while. And I happen to have some money in my wallet that I forgot about. I'm predictable - its always an Italian sub with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles (and if I'm in the mood, some BBQ chips on the side). Oh yeah - and a Mountain Dew or Ice Tea (also depending on my mood).

I liked geeking about fashion with the girls last night. I need to go out to more places where I can dress up. I also am dying to put on that green dress, and the groupie outfit. For someone who's not that girly I really like to dress up in funky clothes. Of course, if you only saw me at goffee you'd never know it :)

I also need to hit a live show soon (its good that Rush and The Man are just around the corner - a couple of weeks). Also on that note, have any of you NH peeps been to Club 1111 in Manchester before? A friend's band is playing there next Saturday (I'll give you a hint: they wear Dickeys) and I'm jonesing for a show and was thinking of checking it out.

THAT IS NO MOON! IT IS A SPACE STATION (thanks for Dave for putting the link in his LJ, and Brian for singing it last night after goffee at 12:30 AM, the damn thing is stuck in my head) . . . IT HAS A PALPATINE!
