wanting to see Delovely (love Cole Porter), the new Metallica documentary, and definitely DON'T want to see Catwoman after reading another bad review and learning more of the crap storyline.

The Arwen gown is in hand (and http://athreadofscarlet.com did a wonderful job). Now I just have some odds and ends to do and to get the Mara Jade, and I'll be ready for DC. Of course, I still have things to make for Brian . . . must dig out the muslin this weekend and get cracking! And, Brian's still going to be working on the crown for Arwen. Reading about that project just intimidates me :)

After it being too cold here (at work) for a while it appears our AC isn't working now. Great. This is wonderful on the day that its going to be in the 90's and very humid. Other parts of our building have had issues with no AC, so much so that someone from Fiscal came down for something and decided to hang out for a bit to cool off (with sweat dripping off of his face). It figures too - because I think I look fabulous today and I'd like to try and keep it that way.

I'm torn on whether I want to see it or not. I really do, but I dunno if it gonna painful to watch.

I guess the director is doing a Q and A session after the 8 o'clock showing tonight at the Kendall sq. cinema.

Its playing in Waltham - we'll probably walk down to see it at some point, but I don't think we can do it this weekend. They suck now, but I'm curious about it all . . .

Actually I just heard a great interview with James on the Howard Stern show. I forgot that Howard tends to really do his research and really ask hard questions -- like about James' family and such. It was pretty cool.

Yeah, K just called wanting to know if I wanted to go see it tonight, and I think that The Village is much higher on my must see list -- especially since Night's movies rely heavily on surprise and I have had them ruined too often by someone blabbing about the twist before I've seen it!

Course, the Village is at Waltham as well as the premium.

What else has he made?

Yay! Since we've moved we've only seen one movie there (the America's Heart and Soul movie). I'm excited more are playing that Brian's willing to see :)

What else has he made?

He did The Sixth Sense, which my brother told me the ending of, Unbreakable, which a commercial gave away, and Signs, which I made sure I got to on opening weekend.

It was a size "medium" which I ordered according to the sizing charts at Museum Replicas. It came after being backordered for 4 months (!) and was HUGE. It was so big, I couldn't even wear it. Lelia altered it for me (since I'm not at that level yet to do the kind of work myself - not having a dress form hurts that too). She did an awesome job!

I'm hoping to put it on this weekend and take some pics. Its not like I made the thing, so its not a big secret :)

Yay, thanks! I know you've got a lot going on with the horse so I didn't want to bug you about it (but it would be nice having it for DC). That and I want to see how I look in it (as does Brian) :)

I'm going to miss you at DC, but I understand why you're not going. Are you still going to do All-Con? We were planning on going to that . . .
