Friday 5 (thanks Jetgirl)

1. What's the last place you traveled to, outside your own home state/country?

Since I haven't travelled much, I'd probably say NOLA. We took a whole week off which is unprecidented and did lots of fun, different stuff.

2. What's the most bizarre/unusual thing that's ever happened to you while traveling?

Hee hee, we found a cow skull when we were on our honeymoon in the White Mountains! We took it to a Native American store nearby to find out what it was (we thought at first it may be from a Moose). We tried to clean it to no avail (ick, smelly). Then it ended up in a bucket of bleach in Bad Andy's parents' back yard (he thought his nephew would like it). They sold the house over a year ago . . . I wonder if the nice gay couple that bought it has found the thing ;)

3. If you could take off to anywhere, money and time being no object, where would you go?

Italy - including Venice, Rome, Sicily (Catania specifically, where the fam is from) and Tuscany.

4. Do you prefer traveling by plane, train or car?

Car, its what I've done when travelling most of the time. I like exploring little mom and pop places you find along the way.

5. What's the next place on your list to visit?

We're going to Dragoncon in Atlanta in August, but that's not really to see Atlanta. In the spring for our 5th anniversary we're hoping to to go Scotland (more recently we're thinking of must making it a Brittish Isles trip and hitting more than Scotland). Must save up and do lots of planning :)

Friday 5 (here's mine)

1. What's the last place you traveled to, outside your own home state/country?

We went on a day-trip to the next state over to shop and also to the zoo there since it's huge (we do that often...always a great time). ;)

2. What's the most bizarre/unusual thing that's ever happened to you while traveling?

The only thing we have ever found have been hats (always in need of some major cleaning) LOL ... eeewwwwww ;)

3. If you could take off to anywhere, money and time being no object, where would you go?

Australia definitely! I absolutely adore kangaroos (http://www.corgibuddy.com/kangaroos.html).

4. Do you prefer traveling by plane, train or car?

Car, definitely...we like to stop at little towns along our journey.

5. What's the next place on your list to visit?

We're going to Dawsonville, Georgia next year to visit the Kangaroo Conservation Center (http://www.kangaroocenter.com/). I can't wait. ;)
