Yay! I think it will be a lot of fun :)

I could drop by your place at around 1:00sh, would that work? It doesn't start until 2:00 but then I could check out your new room (and it would give me time in the morning to have breakfast with my family, and get some homework done).

Ok, that will work I am meeting up with [livejournal.com profile] lensman at some time Sunday but I am going to see if dinner works for him, that way you and I can go see the belly dancing thing and then him and I can go geek about web design.

Is this we should wear our dance gear type thing?

"Is this we should wear our dance gear type thing?"

That's what the info says :) I don't really have much dance gear . . . I want to get a jingly hip scarf from Anatolia Imports (that's the store I told you about that we should take a road trip to, in Warwick RI).

If you want after the Hafli I could drop you off wherever to meet Tom.

Heh, I don't know what the best addy is to reach you over the weekend so Im commenting on LJ :)

How attached to this Hafli are you? I would love to hang out today, but I'm wondering if there was something else you may rather do . . . I'm not feeling the 'put on the hip scarf and shimmy with a bunch of people I don't know' love this morning, but if you're dying to go I'm still game.

Either way, I'm still planning on coming by your place at 1:00, I was just wondering what your thoughts were. Was there somewhere else you'd rather go exploring/check out/walk around at?

I'm not sure when you're up - give me a call when you get this on the home number :)

Man, why is everything happening THIS weekend?

*sigh* I'll be in Missouri, otherwise I'd be there with you. :(

Yay Yay Yay!

I'm going with Tember, we could meet at the corner of the Middle East around 2:00 if you ladies would like to :)

I'm toying with the idea of going. . .

This sounds like fun and I've had no real oportunities to belly dance. I think I have less training then many of you but I really want to focus on lessons this coming year.

"Please tell me your going to See Dimmu Borgir, Children of Bodom and Nevermore!!"

Nope, not a death metal fan :)

Re: Nope

[identity profile] crypticreign.livejournal.com 2003-12-10 08:42 am (UTC)(link)
Nevermore - A mix of American Thrash and American Power Metal
Children of Bodom - Blackened Neo-classical Power Metal
Dimmu Borgir - Neo-classical psuedo-black metal

wheres the death metal? ook.. so Hypocirsy is opening.. thats the only death metal and they shall have the shortest set!

blah.. that did no good heh

Re: Nope

Dimmu Borgir, I had lumped them into the Death Metal category. I've never seen them live but heard some MP3s and from that (and the look of them) they reminded me of Cradle of Filth (who at Ozzfest this summer was the worst band I think I've heard in my life).

I'm all about the thrash or speed metal, but I've been dying to check out one of these Haflis. I think seeing bellydancers around Santa will be priceless! :)

Speed metal eh?

Ok... Sat 1/17 - Helloween - The Palladium, Worcester, MA
