Ze left arm

I made a point to not sleep on my left side last night, so that I didn't put pressure on the sore arm. Its still hurting today but feels a bit better. If I keep that up hopefully I'll be OK. It hasn't been swollen or anything - its just sore.

Today is nuts - tonight will also be nuts. I can't wait for my vacation!

Now I'm off to try and find my boss who I have to meet with to prep for a meeting that's tomorrow.

sounds like you did to your shoulder what i did a couple weeks ago. what did i do? I HAVE NO IDEA. it just hurt like hell for about a week before it eased up on its own. i couldn't even pick up a plate out of the dishwasher without near-excruciating pain.

like you, i was very careful on it, and ginger even when i slept. the thing that helped most was angling my keyboard differently. i think it was up too high i sat too much at an angle. because i type all day long at work, i managed to pinch a nerve in there somehow.

good luck! hope you are feeling better soon. if it's not better by next monday, i'd break down and call a doctor.

"what did i do? I HAVE NO IDEA."

Tee hee, yep, that's it! Its really frustrating. I mean, if I did something stupid at least I'd know why it hurt. I just one day noticed it . . .

Even turning the steering wheel in my car has been painful . . . its been really interesting :)
