Waltham is playing a show at The Skellig (on Moody) on Thursday 9/30. Brian and I are going to walk down for it, want to join us?

The band per the Skellig site goes on around 10, my guess is we'd line up around 9:00.

I had read that on their site a while ago. I was thinking of going and asking if you planned to go. Maybe I can find something decent to wear (my little Baby Belly is making it difficult these days) and try to get pretty and head over.

Do you think it'll be packed like it was last year or whenever it was?

It was super packed the first show there, not as packed the 2nd one. Since they haven't played in a long time there could be a lot of people going (the last time attendance was low there was some huge playoff Red Sox game on the same night, and the Skellig doesn't have TVs).

I'm really torn on the time to go. I don't want to not get in, but I don't want to hang out there forever either. I asked Pete what time to show up and he was no help (he said "I don't know, I guess 9:30"), though the Skellig site says that they go on at 10. The bar will be open early, but I'm not sure what time they'd let people into the back room. The last time I asked Frank what to do and he said "hang around out back early on and we'll get you in there" which was what Krista and I did.

Hrm, any ideas?

Hmmm, nah, since I've never been there... Well, think about it and whatever you decide is fine. I'll just bring a sweater along in case we end up hanging outside for a bit :)
