In other news
I got my ballet costume yesterday. Its PINK and we're wearing white tights with it. I headed to Dancer's Image in Newton (love having a dance store nearby) to get the tights, and later in the day headed out to find a strapless, low back bra to wear with the thing. Freddy's doesn't sell the particular style anymore that I was looking for, VS had none, I ended up finding one in Lady Grace. I don't shop their often but they definitely have the functional weird bra thing going for them. Also, being fitted/helped by a little old lady that could be your grandmother is kind of nice. She asked what studio I was dancing with and nodded with recognition when I mentioned Peggy McGlone. When ringing me up she mentioned that she'd say "break a leg", but she said that to her granddaughter recently who then soon after had a set dropped on her foot (and had to go out and perform a lead role with a broken foot). So she wished me luck. The bra was on sale, so cheaper than what Freddy's was selling it for in the catalog. It fits PERFECTLY with the costume (I tried them on together.
Since the rain didn't come we finally planted our herbs yesterday. I think we may want to put more plants in there, they are pretty spaced out. Also, our cilantro and dill didn't fare too well sitting outside. Our strawberry plants had a similar fate (they are planted over near our Dagobah tree) but they are supposed to be hardy and kind of take over the yard as far as I knew. We'll see what happens, hopefully I won't have to replace any/too many of them.
It was supposed to rain today but thus far its looking pretty nice out. Here's hoping that it keeps, since we'll be in SW costumes passing out water to the returning riders at the Brain Tumor Research charity ride over at Waltham Woods this afternoon. There will only be 3 of us but hey, every bit counts!

Take care and thanks again :)
The ride
It was no problem at all, we had a lot of fun! It was great seeing the looks on bikers faces as they came around the corner to see us. I only wish we had more people - the New England Garrison has 100+ members.
I'm sorry we had to take off so early - my brother (our ride and photographer) is in the middle of finals and had to take off for home to study. If you guys get the final $ raised number, could you let me know?
