Friends have been making mix CDs for various reasons. It reminds me of music sharing days at Goffee years ago. Perhaps its a good ritual to try and bring back?

I would be interested in doing that. On the noise board people have also thrown around doing mp3 playlists. Perhaps those of us with portables capable of creating cds could help those who don't have the leet skillzors.

I know a lot of people "outgrew" this in high school/college.

...but I never did. I love mix tapes/CDs. I'm always happy to make one for someone, cheesy as that sounds.

though it's been a couple of years since I've been to goffee, and doesn't look like I'll be making it to one any time soon. ;-)
