WW

Starting weight: 147
After week 1: 144
After week 2: 140
Total loss: 7 lbs

(wow! even with the 4th holiday weekend, where I went 5 over my flex points! and I have my period right now so I was expecting extra weight from bloating!)

I'm 2 lbs away from my average weight (i.e. 2 lbs away from losing the 10 I gained a couple of years ago and just couldn't get off). Freaky!

That's amazingly fast results (in a good way). Good job!

I am feeling better/healthier. Things seem to be fitting me a tiny bit better too (I was still wearing the same clothes . . . it was just a matter of snugness and all).

Its just all very weird, because I still think I'm eating a lot and I'm not going hungry . . . its just I'm eating *better* food.

Your posts always encourage me. I have put on 20 lbs while here in Texas and I've never eaten more healthy in my life. What is exagerating the problem, is that I discovered I've hit menopause. It probably started happening end of 2004 before I moved away. My body metabolism is soo diferent and I'm not sure how much I can take off when I move back home. I know that excercise will be the best thing, but I will have to change it up so I can shock my metabolism so I can keep losing the flab and gain my energy back.

Congratulations, and again, it helps knowing that other people are facing similar isssues.
