So cute!

Cynthia von Buhler's new book is based on a true experience when she was still living in the purple house in Allston: http://www.comeinsidekitty.com/truestory.html

So neat! I put it on my Amazon.com wishlist so that I remember to grab it in September.

Why is that name so familiar? It's driving me nuts. I looked at that site, and looked her up on Wikipedia, but other than having come from the area nothing's jumping out at me.

Infamous Boston Performer.

Where to begin? She started out as backup for Sleep Chamber, then proceded to start her own group Women of the SS, which got changed to Women of Sodom. She has performed at Manray's B&D Ball, created conceptual art pieces for First Night Boston, and is a well liked fixture in Boston's fetish scene. Her and her partner started a label, Castle Von Buhler, and created 3 compilation CDs to benefit AIDS charities.

OK, I'll stop geeking now. See people at Goffee.

Yeesh, Goffee. I haven't been there in years. Thanks for the writeup, though. My bet is that I know her name from ManRay flyers.
