A quickie

We had a good visit with friends near the sea on Friday. Brian's wedding band now fits again (with all of that weight loss he lost 3 finger sizes) and its so SHINY!

Much crafting was had this weekend. MY INARA BODICE IS ALL SEWN! I have a couple of things I want to tweak and it still needs some decoration, but its completed enough that it could be worn. It was seriously I think the most difficult thing I've ever sewn before! We should be fine getting things done by next Wednesday.

My boss is out for this week so I'm hoping to get a lot of stuff done in the interim. I'm only working 2 days next week, so the next few weeks are going to be odd ones.

It felt like fall this morning. I have to say, though I felt like I didn't have much of a summer (blame the mild weather) I'm happy for fall to be approaching. It is my most favorite time of the year.

i hope that you post pics of it once it is all together. :)

btw... i have you on my flist because i like to read about your costuming and dance adventures and such. but in no way am i odd about not being on yours. so, not that you felt odd, or would or should feel odd, but i hope that is okay that i still read your journal.

I've just been slammed at work lately, so I cut a bunch of people I don't see in real life so that I can try and keep up - no oddness at all.
