House update

dancerjodiOur inspection was last Monday, all was as expected. I called for the Radon results yesterday and they are pretty low (with the EPA maximum safe level at 4.0; our house is a 1.0).
HOPEFULLY we'll be signing the Purchase and Sale Agreement today. The seller actually got another lawyer who had to get up to speed on things and now they want to push forward the closing date a bit. We're hoping we can move just to the 21st of June (originally we planned for the 17th).

Last night the landlord's son and his GF were upstairs in the apartment; they must be doing some kind of work up there because they are in at odd times but as far as I can tell still haven't moved their things yet. They took my parking spot, again - and were pretty loud (playing classic rock music galore and walking really heavy on the feet). I can't wait until we sign that P&S so that we can give our notice to leave and start being more open about our packing - we haven't complained about the noise or asked about where our two missing patio chairs from the back yard are because we don't want them to see all the boxes in the apartment and figure out what's going on.
I only have 2 more classes (one this week and one next), odd. It will be nice to have the summer off to take care of house stuff and spend some time at the beach down the street (mmmmmm, beach :) ).

So last year I got a new car right before my birthday; it looks like this year I'll get a new house for it *boggle*
