My Dad did the illustration on the front of the menu for this restaurant many years ago (I was probably around 6 years old or so when he did it). They ranged from having great food back then, to horrible food in the mid-late 90's, to good food again with the most recent bout of management:

So if you're out in the Wayland area check them out (they are on Rt. 30) . . . we used to go there all of the time for free in exchange for artwork and printing when I was a kid :)

wow... I remember the Villa.

it's been probably about 15 years since I ate there, but I remember it was the first place I ever had chicken parmesan.

(it's weird the things we still remember, isn't it?)
