Saturday is opening day at the chocolate bar for the season. I don't feel so dumb now for not making reservations crazy in advance, I'm sure on a normal weekend mid-season, this would not be an issue.

From my XP it is always that crazy and we have had to make reservations very far in advance. I would try and find a date now and make your reservation if you want to go by end of the season.
