I'll be glad to see people, but less and less am I thrilled by this convention.
That's pretty much the reason why I never go out to SMF. I like hanging out with people, but the con is a) far away, b) I'm not huge on the getting-drunk-for-the-sake-of-it room parties that seem to go on. I much rather the social gatherings around the holidays that we've done.
