Phew!

It was a busy week and weekend. We have some safe, grounded and legal electricity now (there are still some odd lights here and there and the Den and Dining Room to finish wiring). We have a new stove that works and is hooked in finally so we can cook things safely. And tonight I should have my washer and dryer hooked up (woo hoo). The drywall and plastering is almost done in our bedroom and the craft room and we primed the living room walls and ceiling last night. By next weekend *knockonwood* we may have a couple of rooms finished.

Wheee!

Tomorrow we get a phone and internet connectivity at the house. Thursday we'll find out if we can use our fireplace.

I'm tired - and feel like a pretty unexciting social companion on those brief occaisions that we do leave the house since all I've been doing really is house stuff so that's what I have to talk about.

Oh yeah - Max is back on insulin 2X a day again (dammit)! I'm hoping that its stress due to the move that's boosting his sugar and that once things are settled he'll calm down and be able to use only one injection in the morning . . .
