I'm not sure how much I'd call working on my thesis "living", but that's what I'll be doing today during my lunch break at work and after work.

Totally unrelated, my husband bought me a little mini lego AT-AT. His name is George, and he's on the shelf above my cubicle (right next to a slinky which is taller than him).

3/2/04 – Pondering the housebuying in Waltham thing. Sick of writing a paper. Can’t wait for grad school to be over so that I can get back to the gym and dancing.

3/3/03 – Just went back to bellydancing after a hiatus of a year and can’t wait for grad school to be over so that I can get back to the gym and dancing. I also made anniversary dinner plans for Medieval Manner and gave Nstar the equivalent of my spleen in gas/electrical payment.

3/4/02 – Max was drinking a lot of water and I was wondering what was going on (soon he’d be diagnosed with diabetes). I had just had my first GWAR experience. I had been in graduate school for about a month then. This was before things got really crazy with the house and pets.

3/2/01 – I had a cold and skipped the weekly clubbing nights that I most always attended and also skipped bellydance that week (at the time I was also in tap/jazz and ballet classes and was hitting the gym for weight training a regular basis). I also had completed a week of nightly visits to Gram at the now defunct Waltham Hospital after she had surgery for her diverticulitis.

8/10/00 – this was my first LJ entry (hence, not having one around March 2nd of that year). I had jury duty, was pulling information together for grad school (I got transcripts but didn’t get off my butt and fully apply until the fall of 2001). I pondered what life would be like while in grad school and commented how I missed being in school.
