I guess this means I'm hot or something? (we're not in Garrison Titan, but are in the New England Garrison): http://www.penny-arcade.com/view.php3?date=2005-01-12
I learned last night that deposits for our costumes are due this week *boggle*. I'll have to pay $50 this weekend ($25 for two). They are still searching for a venue, since our group has shrunk since the old days that required the 1500 seat Robinson Auditorium in the High School. I'm also guessing we won't have an orchestra either which bums me out. One thing that always set Peg's studio apart from others (besides her awesome tap choreography and emphasis on the basics, and on style) was live music. We shall see. Either way, you people need to come see me shake my thang!
After class we watched Daredevil. Man am I glad we didn't pay to see that piece of schlock at the theater! Still, I liked his outfit (and I can't say he looked bad in it either - and I'm totally not normally a Ben Affleck fan). The Electra movie looks just as awful from the previews (not good, and not cheesy enough to be a good-bad movie either).
I have plans with a HS friend tonight, rescheduled from Sunday since I felt like I was coming down with a cold. I'm hoping before then to figure out what I'm wearing in Friday's Man Ray performance and also dig out old dance videos for practice purposes (Wilkommen and Blow Gabriel Blow routines). Maybe I'll even get to soak with a bath bomb if she doesn't stick around too late. My body really needs it because it hasn't adapted yet to the workout routine!
