Tiki Couch
Jan. 21st, 2008 03:10 pmWe picked up our new couch at the Ikea Warehouse today. It was more "some assembly required" than expected and took a couple of hours to get together, but its done. You can see some pics here:

After getting settled last night we sat to catch up on some DVRed TV and e-mail. Since we've had the loveseat in the den temporarily until the couch came in the cats have actually taken to sitting on our laps given that there weren't extra spots for them between us. Mal was so comfy that he didn't mind when I put my laptop on him last night:

Brian's taking me later to grab a rental car since mine will be in the shop for another day or so (covered by my warranty, woo hoo) and then I have to make one more trip to the Hyatt to grab what is hopefully an empty bin that had held the raffle prizes. We had a lot of fun at Arisia, but I'll be happy to finally put it to bed.
