I'm trying to be more diligent about tracking stuff on http://www.sparkpeople.com. Lately I have not been getting enough exercise and have not had the best diet. Having plugged in today's meals and snacks before dinner, what would YOU eat if you had the below restriction? It should be something lightish so that I can easily go tap dance about an hour after I eat. I could also have a small meal and some kind of snack when I get home (8ish).
