Cold morning or not, I wore some new sandals to work today. I am ready for spring to be here! I want to get out and hang out in the yard, gardening, cookouts, hammocks and all. I see blowing bubbles with cats on our front porch in my future.
My sinus' have been driving me nuts, but at the same time they seem 'productive' and I think that this is a good thing. I've been using the neti pot at least once a day (trying for twice, but I just haven't been able to get it into my schedule reliably). As I'm paying more attention I'm noticing that the sinus issues I have are entirely on my right side. I can feel a slight post-nasal drip on the right side alone, and my right ear is blocked. It's not painful, but annoying, and the degree to which it is blocked changes through the day (cracking here and there). Thinking on it now, I'm sure that the mild congestion in my chest is coming from the postnasal stuff - it's not an asthmatic tightness as much as just some annoying stuff that won't dissipate. I'm going to keep working on clearing it before I give my doctor a call, because I'm sure that there is just fluid there that has to work its way out. Annoying, but reasonable.
