I was nominated to decorate our office for Halloween yesterday. I did it this morning and I must say its looking smashing :)

Our furnace won't turn on for some reason (worked fine last year, odd). I wanted to call Nstar for a yearly safety inspection anyway, so I guess I should do that sooner than later :/

Man its chilly here too. I can't get away from the cold - time to break out the Old Lady Sweater.

I finally listened to the Cruxshadows "Wishfire" today (we picked it up at DragonCon). I love this one

Down on the other side of things
The triggers fast and light
Bringing home this emptiness
For which you had to fight
It doesn't matter if your giving
For they do not compromise
The world will keep you guessing
Until the day you die

And everyone will say "I told you so"
Yeah they'll all just nod and sigh
But I'll make a run of something real
And they'll never even try
And everyone will say "I told you so"
Yeah they'll all just nod and sigh
As I go down in a ball of flames
They'll just watch, I wonder why

When the people downtown are freezing
Sometimes you cannot hide
So what can you do its often true
Then we shift away our eyes
But maybe that moment's ours to live
And maybe that's what we were for
As fate will share a chance with you
To open up your door

I don't understand
why your just standing there
I don't understand
Why you don't seem to care

I was thinking of using it for my dance number in the Swanstage show and our Bellydance Student show next June :)

That's a great track. He does some interesting vocal effects on it. Plus I love the "message". My other two favorites off that album are "The Seraphs" and "Go Away". The latter is so sad! :(

Hehe, did you happen to gank those lyrics from here?

:P~

Probably not, 'cause I include the choruses where they belong. It makes it easier to sing along to it that way. You can do karaoke with the whole album! :D

Nope, I'm a fast typist, so I just copied them from the CD booklet :)

Ahhh, but cut & paste is so much faster. :D Unless you were looking for some typing practice, of course.

I may just have to break my no-ManRay thing to go and see them at the end of the month....

I'm nuts, but its cathartic for some reason . . . I really like typing :)

That and folding laundry.

Well I *did* say that I was nuts ;)

I think you can handle it - you're a strong guy :)
