I'm at home today. We don't have the day off from work or anything, but given that the Boston Marathon runs by my house, I figured it better to stay in.

I had a lot of fun on the girly sleepover. It was small, and we got tired before we probably should have, but it was awesome to just chill with some ladies . . . I never do that! We must do again sometime.

Yesterday I went to that open house and of course, I loved the place. It was a good size, good price, and had a lot of character. They already had 2 written offers so I told the realtor that we'd have our realtor call on Tuesday to see if an offer had been accepted (and if it hadn't, we'd go look at it so Brian could see it). I'm not holding my breath.

After the open house and a visit with my parents I went up to see Synaesthesia, Knome and their lovely new home. That place is going to be amazing when they are done with it, and its so close to the beach http://www.rockportusa.com/ :) I did some painting in their bedroom for a bit and memories rushed back of the process at our place. After painting we walked down into the center for a dinner at http://www.thegreeneryrestaurant.com/ . The chowder was really nice, and the salad w/ mesclun, cranberries and raspberry vinagrette was awesome! I wish I could have gotten out there a bit earlier, we don't see them often enough.

On the list of things to do include homework (of course), laundry and my nails . . . fascinating life I live! I' going to open the windows to get some air at least, and get the MP3s playing. Oh - Diabolis has been down pretty much since last night (when I got in at around 10 I checked mail, got to see one message, and then got booted out). So if you need me for anything today, call.

I didn't even realize the Greenery had a website. If you sit up front (the cafe area) there's a great salad bar.

It was so good to spend time with you! I finished up the trim in the bedroom and just need to touch up (I did the world's crappiest job masking off the walls) -- thanks so much for your help. I can't wait for you to see the kitchen, the colors look wicked cool. :)

I just googled it :) I'll have to check out the front part at some time too.

It was no problem at all, it was really nice to spend some time with you guys! And as for crappy paint jobs, when the furniture is in you won't even notice :)

Awesome! Now that school is winding down I'd love to come back (with Brian this time). I told him about the house and location and all, and he's dying to see it :)
