Well, that is if our inspections and mortgates go through. Things are looking good - we didn't have major findings on our own before and the guy selling the house we are buying said the same (he's been in the place for 2.5 years). I'll breathe easier when those P&S' are done.
We have a crazy realtor story too that you'll be amused by . . . I'm a bit too nuts to post it now, but I'll share later :)
