I may be thinking of Twin City Plaza - I don't know the name of the plaza, but there is a Sally's Beauty Supply on Route 60, right after it crosses Route 1 at the huge rotary. There is a hotel, then a plaza with a Pizzeria Uno in front (now closed, I think)...
