ignoring the singing skillz of some of the cast, i was really up and down with some of the score for it.
when it stuck to introspective, folk oriented material, it was great. xander and anya's comedy number (a la A Funny Thing Happened...) was very good (even though xander can't sing at all).
but Spike's rock number, and Buffy's mix and match number near the end...
really really awkward transitions in those songs. and the intentional atonalities of the bridge when working with people with marginal singing skillz? bad choice.
