i was having that issue myself last night after my workout. it's definitely all strength training w/my trainer, not cardio, but there is no way to record that. they even consider weight lifting to be cardio (wtf?).

i'm going to just record those sessions as strength, otherwise it'll look like all i do is cardio when really most of what i do is strength (atm).


thanks for posting about the challenge, again. i'm really motivated to keep up with it!
