After a bad WW week before, I tried to be good this week while still letting myself have my cake and eat it to (or rather, some strawberry shortcake and some ice cream a couple of times).

Start 5 weeks ago: 147
Current: 136.5
Last Week's Loss: 3.0 (really 1.5, if you consider the 1.5 I gained in week 4)
Total Loss: 10.5

Whoot! I've exceeded the 10 I set out to lose initially, and got a little into the "a little more" category. I'm guessing I'll lose a tiny bit more and that will be it, particularly if I start working with weights like I keep saying I'm going to. :) I talked with a friend last night who is also doing WW and is/was simiarly sized to me. In the 7 or so weeks she's been on it she's leveled off at around a 12 lb loss which seems reasonable, and she said the last few week's losses were less than a lb (.5, .8, etc). That seems to go along with my expectations. Our scale only measures at .5 lb increments, but I can live with that. :)

Last night's ballet class was a tough one, since I had been away for a month. It figures too, I'll miss next week for Ozzfest. Ah well, what else is the summer for (or so says my dance teacher)?! I can't believe that Tuesday is August first!
