dancerjodiWe watched Friday the 13th movies with some friends on Friday the 13th. Jason Goes to Hell was so wretched, no wonder I had never seen it!
Saturday brought a tough ballet class (my butt is still sore) followed by a long bath with a Black Pearl Bath bomb (I'm still finding glitter all over my bathroom). I spent some time with the Tiggerette, the three of us had dinner at Vinny T's and spent the rest of the night relaxing in the den. Brian was crazy productive guy, getting things done around the house and with costume and prop bits. Tonight, I want to take pictures of it all.
We trooped in Somerset yesterday http://501neg.com/photos/thumbnails.php?album=603 and had a great time. It was quite cold, so I'm glad I dressed for a blizzard with silk long underwear under everything (though I need to get some super warm, very thin gloves to wear under my AT-AT driver gloves . . . my hands were really cold. Post the parade we went to a really nice local family owned Italian place for dinner. I think I'm all set with eating Italian food for a couple of weeks, given having it for dinner two days in a row and having leftovers from both places! :)
Brian and I are finally almost caught up with Galactica. We have the finale from last season to watch, the opener for this season, and last week's episode which is on our cable box. RCN updated their guide and recording system, and it looks and functions a lot like TIVO. Not bad for something like $10 per month on top of our regular service (and no need to buy a separate device, our cable box does the whole thing).
In crafty news, I have about 5" left to knit on my current project, have heavy winter curtains to hem for my bedroom (they are a bit too long) and need to do some crafting for one of my halloween costumes. I'm looking forward to spending some time in the craft room tonight; its so conducive to being productive now that its not so cluttered anymore.
