dancerjodiMy grandmother's home is going up on the market in a month or so. I thought some may be interested so I wanted to post up here what my father sent over via e-mail. Comment here with your e-mail address if you'd like for me to put you in touch with my Dad.

We stripped all the wallpaper, painted everything off white and there are hardwood floors everywhere (oh..ya...they all need refinishing too...but again...cha ching.....we want it affordable remember ??? Being in the high end remodeling business I can easily bring this house into state of the art dream house status but then I would be asking another $150,000.00 to do it.
If you want to live in trendy groovy, hip, gnarly, most totally bodacious Waltham you can buy this house and make it all your own, raise a huge buttload of kids and make a hideaway in the third floor for when they drive you crazy.
This has been in my family since 1957 and we want a nice young couple or family to come here and make their own history.
It has been appraised by a well known trustworthy realtor who goes back to the 1940's in Waltham for $388,900.00 but we would love to sell it without the realtor.
We are not needing to sell, or motivated, this is free and clear, just want to get out of Dodge (Waltham) and move to some quiet corner of NH and spend the rest of my life painting at my easel.

Oh...PS....this goes on the open market September 1st if nobody gets really smart and snags it off market, we would be flexible on passing papers, like in 2-3 months or much faster should you need to get out of your nasty dingy place and move to our tasteful abode sooner. Patty & I are starting out on our new adventure, come start yours now at 25 Crafts Street, Waltham Ma !!!!!! "Operators are standing by" (no...they are doing nothing of the kind)
