Am I correct in thinking that Fritattas are missing the milk/cream/half & half?
Rome and I both don't enjoy eggs, so quiche (with crust and cream) are about as intense as we can get with the eggs. I have never made a fritatta. Too much like scrambled eggs for our preferences.
