A very yummy, totally homecooked dinner.
Laughing with Brian about "Would you like to date my avatar" being stuck in our heads all night.
Spooky Halloweenie t-shirts from Target (check the pajama section).
True Blood (all caught up now, wow).
Catching up with an old THP colleague (now at PCHI) while he restored my ODBC connection on the new computer.
Seeing Allegria tomorrow night, finally.

I am going to finish sewing my placemats tonight. I am also going to get dolled up and take my ISO http://imperialserviceorganization.com/ photo. I figure, if I tell you people, I won't wimp out on it. Crazy hair be damned! I'm creative and I'll figure something out. :)

So I had to run to K-mart the other day for kitty hairball treats. As I passed the hosiery/socks, and end display caught my attention - K-mart is selling garter belt and stocking sets. Seriously. I don't remember the brand, but they were not the same as the costume shop. They were closer to a Victoria's Secret level packaging (i.e. classier). They did have back seam black hose, too: $5 for the hose, $15 for the set w/ garter belt. (I didn't buy any, but I now know they're there.)

Chris and I *love* true blood as well. Did you read the books by any chance? I hear they've taken liberties in the series...but...that's fine by me!

I've read the books, the first 7 anyway since that's what came in my boxed set. They've taken A LOT of liberties from the books. Some plot elements are preserved, but many are introduced for the show only. I've no complaints though since I think the show is much better than the books are.
