dancerjodiI have my review in 2 minutes with my new boss and my older boss (i.e. my bosses boss that I've been working with off and on over the last 3 years when I haven't had a boss).
I'm not expecting a promotion since I really wasn't given the opportunity to grow over the last year due to lack of management support (hence, the new boss) . . . but here's hoping for a nice raise!
