The gothy masses are departing for http://www.altgothic.com/c8montreal/ . B and I were supposed to be going and seeing http://www.cirquedusoleil.com/CirqueDuSoleil/default.htm tomorrow night but due to our diabetic cat needing insulin 2X daily and the fact that we close on a house in 3 weeks we decided to skip it, again. Each year Convergence comes and goes and we say that we'll go THIS year and there is some excuse why it doesn't happen. At least we were able to attend C2 way back (eek - was in 1996?).

You know I'm pretty pathetic; I'm almost 27 and have yet to be out of this country. I could DRIVE to fricken Canada and have yet to make it there!

B just got home from work - things were broken and he had to stay late. Ah the perils of the sysadmin . . . I must do something extra special for him tonight to cheer him up :)

So who is going to be around this weekend? I need to get out and do some serious frolicking!

Let me know next week what your schedule is like :) I'm a bit broke but some hanging out and/or window shopping may be nice!

Oh - and I can help you move on the 9th some time (not the 8th) because I have plans all day on the 8th that I forgot about. I have some afternoon plans on the 9th but that's only for a couple of hours, so just let me know when you'll need help :)
