My office park re-did their gym as a perk for companies to rent space here. Rather than paying staff to manage it and charging $40 per month, it's free to use (no staff/trainer to help out) but we have to sign a waiver so that we don't sue them if we hurt ourselves. There is 1 personal trainer there available for hire. It is nice having a free space to work out in the building next door to me! :)
