Coming home last night to find someone parked in my spot: an annoyance

Going in the house and through to the front door to get the mail and finding that someone had left the front door open: even more of an annoyance

Doing homework in the computer room to the constant sounds of stomping upstairs: temper is growing

Went out to the kitchen to start dinner and had to listen to Landlord's son and his GF (the new upstairs neighbors) fighting and slamming things around: wanting to grab broom and poke the ceiling

Laughing to self and thinking, "once we sign that P&S we'll be telling you that we're gone in June, Neener Neener Neener": Priceless
