Definitely food for thought and inspiration for taking better care of ourselves.

I think sometimes, why do I push myself the way I do? Why am I packing so much stuff into my life that isn't the best for me?

I'm looking forward to some time in the woods this weekend, and some time near the beach in mild CA weather next week.

San Francisco. We'll be at Wondercon Fri-Sun, touring some LFL offices Monday and then there till Thursday to do the tourist thing. Finally checking out Endor forest and spending more than 15 minutes in the Japanese Tea Garden in Golden Gate Park. :)
