I second this idea. Create Mina's costume yourself and then commission someone for your outfit. You'll have the satisfaction of making one outfit and you can promote someone elses's work. Sometimes it doesn't matter where an outfit came from as long as the passion and commitment are there. (Which in your case, it's there in spades!)
