I haven't found the Sparkpeople interface very easy or quick (on the PC or phone), so I'm giving http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ a try. So far I'm liking it. Lots of foods in their database. We'll see if this motivates me to keep moving.

Brian went to see his PCP yesterday and they told him to lose some weight. We've both been lax with our eating and exercise. Got to be good influences on our muffin!

What are peeps up to this weekend? Weather-willing, it may be nice to meet up for a walk or hike somewhere.

I'm doing a 5 mile walk for BARCC. There's still time to register and you can take kids on the route.

Hope that didn't come across as pushy. I wanted to encourage your desire to get together & do something active, but I'm tied to my house on Saturday (For a furniture delivery) and my Sunday is taken by the walk, so that just sprung out of me.

Hadn't put any thought into it yet... As my lack of LJ posting might indicate, I've been feeling a little behind the eight ball all week... As you say, weather willing I'd probably be interested in getting out a bit.
